MI Analyst Operation Dublin €40000

The Senior MI & Resource analyst will be responsible for the co-ordination and compilation of the local MI Dashboards/reports and external client Weekly/Monthly reports.  Additionally, they will be involved in the planning and forecasting of work volumes to help the management team effectively resource their teams to meet demand.

Responsibilities

·      Compile and Analyze Management Information covering SLA Performance, New Business Volumes, Transaction Volumes, Telephony Data, Resource Time Allocation and Actual vs Forecasted Performance.

·      Deliver MI Reports and Service Delivery Reports to management team and clients as per agreed schedules

·      Support management by providing ad-hoc MI reports when required.

·      Maintenance and ongoing development of Management Information reports and tools.

·      Use planning tools such as 12 Week Planner, 12 Month Planner and Capacity plans to assist the management team on making decisions on resource allocation.

·      Respond proactively and positively to change

·      Display an ability to adjust to plans & priorities as required

·      Ensure continuous communications with stakeholders for both internal and external parties

 

Skills / Experience required.

·      Strong analytical attitude to working with numbers

·      Have the capacity to work on their own and self discipline/motivation to plan own workload

·      Proven ability of delivering to agreed timescales

·      Ability to work well under pressure

·      Advanced MS Excel
