Lending Administrator Dublin €35k

DUTIES
 
·     To ensure the loan transactions are processed in accordance with internal control framework, policies and procedures
·     Performing all relevant due diligence duties and internal loan management processes, such as loan renewals, additional security perfection and release, monitoring interest payments, interest rollovers, interest collection
·     Maintain paper and electronic loan files to a high standard
·     Interaction with customers and various property professionals, including quantity surveyors, valuers, property agents/managers, receivers, solictors etc
·     Control and effect advances against quantity surveyor's certificates and payment of professional's invoices.
·     Provide administrative support to lending managers in the portfolio asset management team
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
At least 3+  years in lending administration role
 
 
TECHNICAL
·        Good knowledge of MS office systems
·        Ideally some experience of banking systems. [Full training will be provided]
·        Attention to detail
·        The ability to document and monitor processes successfully and accurately
