Anti Fraud Manager – Financial Services Cavan
 
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Anti Fraud Manager to join a newly developing risk and compliance team.
 
The successful applicant will be a key member of the Risk Management Function. The Anti Fraud Manager will lead the development of a ‘best in class’ anti fraud framework within the company. Working in collaboration with Business Units, the Anti Fraud Manager will have a leading role in delivering system and process improvements together with maintaining a programme of anti fraud investigation and prevention work within the company.
 
Key tasks include
 

    Design, develop and implement best practice anti fraud processes, systems and related anti fraud framework.
    Develop a programme of anti fraud investigation and prevention work within the company and co-ordinate the anti fraud activities across the company.
    Drive through system, process and organisational improvements to embed a fraud awareness culture and to apply findings from prevention and investigation activities.
    Provide management direction and focus to ensure a co-ordinated response to fraud across the company.
    Provide central support to departments in investigating fraud cases.
    Provide recommendations regarding company anti fraud policy.
    Represent the company on industry groups and anti fraud forums and manage Garda/Police liaison activities.
    Support other departments such as internal audit to ensure effective monitoring of anti fraud activities throughout the company.

 
Key requirements
 

    Significant experience with ‘best in class’ fraud identification technologies and processes.
    Broad experience in financial services fraud investigations and the provision of related support & expertise to front line business functions.
    Strong track record in the management & delivery of significant projects.
    Strong IT skills with regard to ‘best in class’ fraud systems
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the Company in a professional capacity.
    Business Degree or other relevant qualification.
    Data management skills in fraud identification
