Co-ordination of the daily cash investment process between Credit Unions, Investment Managers and deposit taking institution

 

    Settlement of all trade instructions for cash deposits, bonds, structured products

 

    Co-ordination of unit dealing instructions in central collective investment scheme

 

    Processing corporate actions and dividends across client accounts

 

    Assisting in the monthly client valuation reporting process

 

    Performance measurement on client portfolios

 

    Pricing and reconciliation of client portfolio assets

 

    Regular reporting to the Financial Regulator and Credit Union representative body

 

    Provision of operational support to the Credit Union team of Investment Managers

 

    Dealing directly with Credit Unions on operational and accounting queries

 
Key Requirements:
 
·         Graduate calibre;
·         A minimum of one year administration experience in financial services;
·         Experience of working in a stock broking or wealth management firm;
·         Strong administration and organisational skills;
·         Highly numerate and excellent attention to detail;
·         Proficiency in Word and Excel;
·         Ability to work to tight deadlines;
·         Commitment to personal development.
