Traditional Customer Manager Role / Account Manager Role (this is a service orientated role rather than sales)

Internal role where you will be dealing with a large customers (these are the top 70 Irish customers) /you will be doing everything to keep the customers happy – from form filling for them to process orders / issuing credit notes and making sure accounts are in order / meeting customers face to face to check in that they are happy / asking them to come to site for visits (this is a technology driven firm so customers are usually interested in what’s happening on site technology wise).

If there is a sales opportunity you need to chase it down (but you are not on a target) and make sure the customer gets what they need. If there are opportunities there you need to pass on the leads so the sales opportunity is harvested.

This is a broad role / this is a brand new role for this company / this role is about building relationships

3-4 years experience required.
Salary is good and location is Citywest.
